udon 未整之前..先整包包....
用P仔整 green tea roll with red bean
took the dough out after 1st proving...
我都是第一次touch and feel P仔打的dough...
真的好有彈性同軟熟
我都有人手整過17包包一年...
尼個P仔dough是最有彈性同軟熟的...
好鐘意P仔...
我有15 minutes 的time to 加工

好"求期".... heehee, 因為好驚唔夠時間
鋪一層 red bean (100g)
roll it up....
cut into 4 pcs (so uneven..
)
put them back in the tin...
heehee..very ugly... never mind.. 1st time
再2nd proving inside the machine
and bake....
wow!!!! yummy and easy.... 豬BB好開心....he is already asking me to make ham and cheese roll

一早去Central做yoga...再等豬BB出來去shopping
又去Pan Handler...
Mauvel 有20% off...
我又買了this cute little one....
10cm size....
真的好鬼cute.....
同之前買的12cm saucepan.一起...
我有2個 copper mini saucepans, sauté pan and frying pan already (4 pcs in my tiny collection)
其實copperware 真的好靚
不過 very high maintenance cost
你睇隻saucepan...
我用完有次次都有polish 都是一樣有漬...
不過尼隻saucepan 已經算好樣
不過隻saute pan 真的好樣衰....
我已經give up 了...
我真的好鐘意細細件的野,
mini saucepan有起碼7隻 , new additions in August only

除了去Pan Handler 買野...
我地再去Pricemart 買其他 grocery stuff.....
本來只是想買 downy softener refill and other supplies
點知發現Pricemart 都好似759一樣有很多日本野買....
got these 2 for instant for business trip
and so happy to find Japanese made Black Kitkat... $26 only!!!
of course 我清了架... (豬BB在background 吶喊助威)
