最近雖然very busy at work
不過因為豬BB長期出trip不在家
我真的好 "relax"
晚上去做完運動回家才9pm
又可以在家hea.... prepare lunch box for next day, or keep on writing... (Gi BB do encourage me to write a lot cos I love writing and it's a good way to release emotion and stress like exercise)
最近多了時間take charge of myself...
又多了同朋友仔share beauty tips (因為唔水煮飯, cooking becomes less of a priority all of sudden
) 一向肥野都是唔多理自己的外表....
我成日都在office 用"抓夾" 夾起前面的hair and 埋頭苦幹
成個"din"婆一樣
因為本身就不是靚女, 又肥
點樣扮靚都唔會變靚左...
forget it...

又靚又好身材又叻的女強人只出現在TV show 中 (<== 明顯是自我安慰)
其實尼幾年都有少少好轉,
自從認識了11R 同小美人Siu Shan 之後,
受兩位美人影響,
我終於有日日用night cream 啦, (30多年都無搽過....
)仲好留意貓毛的condition... no more bad fur day
不過因為我的skin唔干... 都沒有需要搽尼樣, 搽果樣
所以...雖然而家有搽night cream
但同好好保養
還有好遠好遠的距離
直到尼個月豬BB不在家,
我又開始同幾位朋友仔傾開貓毛
才知道原來有人會110% focus and devoted 在 "鑽研" 各式各樣的beauty, makeup, hair, facial....
尼位真是No.1 Beauty expert....
我會用 commute 的時間番睇晒佢的所有blog....
真的好勁!!!

其實真的好少時間會在家洗白白
因為出trip多, 唔出trip我會在Tue, Thurs, Fri evening 都去Pure Yoga / gym...會洗完白白洗回家...
所以只有Mon (有 tcon), and Wed (spa day) and weekend 才在家洗白白.
Weekend有時間 好hea ....
會是home spa day

Towel mist! make sure even the towels smell great and relaxing.... heehee (I know....真的好煩)

I am such a 鄉下婆... have not heard of this brand before but saw it in Lane Crawford the other day
已試用.... love the smell... so herbal...
seems very "detoxifying"
don't know how to put it but leaving the hair very light and clean (but very frizzy as well... maybe all the buildup and residuals have been removed so the hair fly away crazily). Recommend to be used on Sat so nobody see the frizzy hair on Sun.
While having the hair treatment (20 mins), can relax and sit it the hot bath

平日唔浸hot bath 我會用Aesop的 "A Rose by any other name"

不過洗左就無得替換
weekend襯Franc Franc sale又買多一件...
hot bath 之後一定飲尼個.....
